Lifetime Warranty for Structural elements.

30 Years for Corrugated Metal Cladding.

20 Years for Roof Membrane. Warranty applies to the roof membrane only, excluding mechanical damage.

10 Years for windows, door frames, manufactured fault glass, electrical, and cladding (excluding natural wood).

YOUR EXTRA SPACE will repair or replace defective work that we performed at no additional charge to the product owner.

Exclusions from cover:

The following exclusions apply to the guarantee given in respect of all products by Your Extra Space Limited (irrespective of the length of the guarantee given above).

2nd fix fittings

Guarantee excludes 2nd fix fittings purchased from 3rd party producers, for example, laminate flooring, electric fittings, window/door handles, decking wood or composite, kitchen/bathroom fittings, including macerator/boiler.

Fair wear & tear

This guarantee excludes fair wear and tear and any damage resulting from abuse or improper care, whether intentional or accidental, including stains, burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations or damage caused by animals. Some products can change colour

when exposed to prolonged periods of UV.

Force Majeure events and adverse weather conditions

This guarantee excludes damage caused by natural and unforeseen events such as fire, flood or any environmental condition. The guarantee also excludes damage resulting from but not limited to adverse weather conditions such as extreme temperature variations, gusts, floods and high winds.

Wood

Natural wood has many unique characteristics. These can include cracks, grooves, infill pieces, laminations, knots, holes, and colour & texture variations. These features will appear in varying degrees from product to product and are not covered by this guarantee.

Also, please note that the real wood requires regular maintenance by the customer, preferably every springtime which will involve cleaning the cladding and oiling it, of course in dry weather conditions, that will refresh the wood look for each year to come and extend the life of the real wood.

Condensation Control

Swelling or mouldy due to excessive moisture or other neglect.
